What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 master carton per SKU, but we’re open to flexible terms for new partners or boutique retailers. Just reach out and we’ll find a solution that works.

What are your payment terms?

We typically operate on prepaid terms for new accounts. For repeat or high-volume partners, net terms may be discussed based on order history and credit evaluation.

Do you provide a catalog or line sheet?

Yes. Once approved, you'll receive our latest catalog, pricing, UPCs, lifestyle imagery, and product details for easy integration into your system or online store.

Do you offer exclusivity for certain regions or channels?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally either from our U.S. warehouse or from our warehouses in Asia. Shipping terms vary by region—please contact us for a tailored quote.

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from our U.S. 3PL for domestic orders and direct from Asia for container or bulk international shipments.
