Warranty Coverage for Product Defects
All BabbleRoo products are backed by our warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty or not functioning as intended, please contact our support team with a description and photo of the issue. We will gladly assess your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Color, Style, Duplicate Gifts)
We also accept returns due to change of mind – including reasons such as incorrect color selection or receiving a duplicate gift. However, to be eligible for a return under these circumstances, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Items that are returned without original tags or packaging, or show signs of use, will not be accepted and will be considered ineligible for return.
Please ensure the item remains in resalable condition if you intend to return it.

- Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
