Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We offer free US shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a flat fee of $11.99.

All orders ship within 2–3 business days (no weekends or holidays). If we’re experiencing a high order volume, there may be short delays, but we’ll keep you updated by email or phone.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order goes out. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If you ordered on our site, email support@babbleroo.shop with your Order ID.

Orders ship within 48 hours, so once it’s out the door, we can’t cancel or change it.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

I received a defective item or the wrong color. How do I get a refund or replacement?

Parenting is messy enough—you shouldn’t have to deal with a bag that shows up wrong. Just email support@babbleroo.shop with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A photo of the defect/wrong color
  • Your mailing address (if you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund)

We’ll take it from there and sort it out for you.

I don’t have my Order ID. Can I still get a replacement?

Yep, we’ve got you. If you can show proof you bought it our website (like a screenshot of your order details or confirmation email), we’ll send a replacement.

Heads up: If you weren’t the original purchaser, we can’t issue cash refunds or store credits.

I bought my BabbleRoo gear somewhere else. Can you help me with a refund or replacement?

If your purchase wasn’t through our website, you’ll need to go through the store or platform where you bought it.

We can only process refunds/replacements for items ordered directly from us.

I don’t like the color/style or received a duplicate gift. Can I return it?

Totally fine—sometimes things just don’t click. As long as your item is brand new, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, we can take it back.

Email support@babbleroo.shop with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos showing the item and tags intact

We’ll send you a shipping label. Return shipping costs are on you, but once the item’s back with us, we’ll process your return.

My diaper bag didn’t come with the changing pad or pacifier case. What now?

That’s on us—and we’ll fix it.

  • Missing changing pad only? We’ll send you a replacement pad (it may be a slightly different style).
  • Missing pacifier case or both? We’ll send you a whole new bag.

Just email support@babbleroo.shop with your Order ID and mailing address.

Product Care & Warranty

Are BabbleRoo diaper bags machine washable?

Nope, they’re not made for the washing machine. Our bags are tough enough for chaos but need gentle care. Spot clean or hand wash with mild detergent, wipe down with a damp cloth, and let them air dry fully for a couple of days.

How long is the warranty? What does it cover?

Every BabbleRoo product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty, email us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the defect

We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if it qualifies.

If it’s been more than a year, the warranty has expired—sorry!

We love that you want BabbleRoo at your shower! Right now, we don’t offer free samples or event discounts—but we’re always happy to help you pick the gear that best fits your needs.
